Josh and I have not yet been able to eat these carrots that came as part of our last CSA share for the year.The beauty of their intertwined lives makes it hard for us to tear them apart for a mere salad.
Just one more miracle of the Earth that teaches us what it means to be alive!

Oh, how sweet! I always hate eating peppers that have other peppers growing inside them, but by the time I find the nested pepper it's too late.
